Based in Keilor Park, we are seeking a standalone full time Junior Payroll Officer to process end to end weekly payroll for the Group in accordance with awards, policy and agreed interpretation. This is a complex payroll with multiple entities and awards, responsible for the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for over 300 employees. responsibilities include (but not limited to):
**Key duties include**:

- Collating and uploading approved timesheet data
- Reviewing and validating issues raised through exception reporting
- Processing weekly pays for multiple EBA and salaried staff
- Calculating termination pays, redundancies and long service leave
- Identify EBA issues and escalating for approval
- Circulating weekly payroll reports
- Monthly compliance reporting and returns
- Undertaking ad hoc analysis
- Supporting HR with onboarding documentation, new employee files, updating employee records and filing
- At least 3 years’ experience in a standalone payroll role
- EBA exposure, the ability to interpret EBA terms and a background supporting multiple entities, sites and EBA's
- A high level of accuracy and able to meet deadlines
- Advanced excel skills
- An excellent written and verbal communication style
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
