**Responsibilities**:
- Manages Local and Export shipments;- Create Packing Lists and Invoices;- Create Consignments (Consolidated Packing lists for Export). Determine Planned ship date;- Obtain Certificates of Origin from the Victorian Chamber of Commerce;- Generate Certificate of Origin from internal system for locally manufactured product;- Draft Certificate of Conformance for in-house manufactured product;- Obtain shipping instructions from customer;- Prepare Shipper’s Letter of Instruction (SLI) for freight forwarder;- Make freight bookings for outgoing shipments via nominated freight forwarder;- Send invoices to customer accounts department after goods have been collected;- Post invoices;- Communicate order status with production, logistics staff and to the customer;- Prioritise orders for completion and packing with Production and Logistics;- Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications and instructions;- Generates Freight quotes for Sales team upon request including estimating dimensions & weight; and- Verify and keeps records of outgoing shipments: Compares identifying information of outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.- Generate purchase orders for Sales orders related to distributed goods- Process and Co-ordinate Drop shipments with overseas suppliers

Experience, Skills and Qualification:
- At least 2 years’ experience with shipping and receiving;- Knowledge of Export documentation essential;- Good understanding of freight forwarding requirements and the ability to arrange shipments and manage bookings;- ERP and Excel knowledge;- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills;- Good time management skills, highly organised and detail oriented. Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace; and- Able to work collaboratively and efficiently in teams and autonomously.- Manufacturing experience is desirable
