**Australian Workforce is a leading national recruitment company. We are looking for **Warehouse with Forklift **who are physically fit and need to be an 'All Rounder' in the warehouse to start working ASAP in **Keysborough, VICTORIA.**

**Working hours**:Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm**
***
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Unloading, checking, picking and packing goods against both purchase and customer orders.**:

- **Dispatching completed orders to customers.**:

- **Use of forklift machinery to move heavy pallets.**:

- **Carry out inventory control duties relating to stocktakes, re-ordering and repackaging goods due to damages or discrepancies.**:

- **Data entry for delivery slips, requisitions and invoices as well as use of inventory management system to locate and access required stock levels.**:

- **Adhering to OH&S legal requirements as well as ensuring warehouse cleanliness and maintenance of consumables and equipment.**:

- **Performing freight management activities such as shipping of orders in an accurate and timely manner.**:

- **Assisting with various activities relating to procurement, reporting and process improvements where required.**:

- **Proactively liaising with customers to confirm order status, manage service level agreements and performing customer deliveries when required.**:

- **Assisting in the supervision of casual / contract staff**:
***Skills & Experience**:

- **Demonstrated experience in using conventional and reach forklifts.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills both with internal stakeholders and customers.**:

- **Strong awareness of OH&S requirements.**:

- **Proficient in the use of MS Office and sufficient IT skills to be able to use various CRM and Warehouse or Inventory Management Systems.**:

- **Ability to work autonomously, prioritize workload and good attention to detail.**:

- **Flexible and adaptable team player with a “can do” attitude and ability to build rapport quickly.**:
