**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Business Change & Initiatives Manager, you will act as a point of contact for standard and ad hoc reporting and the management of the contract reporting suite. You will be focused on facilitating the reporting functions and assisting in the development and delivery of long-term strategic reporting initiatives. You will also be responsible for governance of the reporting catalogue, delivered through the MI suite in alignment with Serco & contractual requirements.

**About you**

You are detail orientated, analytical and process driven with excellent planning and organisation skills. You have strong knowledge of business operations such as productivity KPIs, service levels, and the relationships between quality, productivity, and employee satisfaction factors. You enjoy working autonomously as well as part of a team and have the ability to influence and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
- To be success you will have:_
- Understanding of financial principals and a demonstrated ability to analyse and assess operational performance to increase financial gain and profitability
- Knowledge of Contact Centre operations
- Ability to define, create and implement reporting templates that meet business needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement and deliver complete reporting solutions in the call centre space
- Ability to draw on a diverse range of information and to be able to formulate a proper conclusion for the management of operational risks and business objectives
- Advanced skills in statistical principals in relation to functions and formulae creation**Serco and Proud**
