We are looking for an approachable, easy going customer service professional to take on the role of our Office Administrator in our newly refurbished Eagle Street office.

This important role requires someone who can take initiative, is able to communicate well and is passionate about making a positive impact. This role requires you to work with a variety of personalities and senior management, it is a busy role and offers a wide scope of accountability.

In a nutshell the role will entail the following responsibilities:

- Leadership for the day to day aesthetic and smooth running of the office public areas.
- Assist with a broad range of administration tasks, which may include but not limited to; booking domestic travel and accommodation, setting up employees travel profiles, back-up support to the National Travel Coordinator, arranging couriers, helping organise staff initiatives & events, supporting the delivery of important group wide projects, reporting, supporting functions and any other Ad Hoc duties requested.
- Liaison / point of contact for all office contractors and maintenance staff in regards to maintenance requests and general office needs.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience working in a corporate office environment with a high standard of customer service skills. Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to organise, multitask, prioritise. You’ll be regarded for your professional, positive, _can-do_ attitude as well as your commitment to doing what is right and getting the job done properly.
