You will also liaise with accountants, business managers, other financiers and employers on a daily basis. This is a full time permanent role and will require the successful applicant to be available to work morning and afternoon shifts on a rotating roster (8:30 AM - 8:00 PM) as well as a Saturday shift on a rotating roster (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Extraction and analysis of customer financial data using payslips, company financials, tax returns, bank statements etc.
- Ensuring credit approvals meet company procedures, policies and legislative requirements
- Adherence to Responsible Lending policies
- Liaising and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
- Recently completed qualifications in Finance, alternatively, experience in the financial services or banking industry
- Minimum 2 years' experience in motor vehicle finance lending
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A motivation to learn
- Demonstrates high levels of emotional intelligence and ability to modify style of customer experience
- Exceptional phone manner and able to deal with all types of personalities
- The ability to identify and develop alternative solutions to problems
