We have a fantastic new opportunity available for an experienced and driven individual wanting to take the next step in their career as **SA** **Sales & Customer Service Manager.** Reporting directly into the CEO of our Recycling & Waste Pillar, this is a real growth opportunity to bring your existing skills and knowledge across, mentor and coach a team whilst being provided the support to assist you in this key leadership role.
**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
In this key position, you will lead a team of like-minded sales and customer service professionals as they develop and enhance the profitability of both the recycled construction materials and the soils management business in SA. You will have a great opportunity to build relationships with major clients and various levels of government, along with actively promoting ResourceCo in the community and in industry circles.
Sitting at management level, you will successfully lead the customer service function and management of customer accounts and relationships including (but not limited to), construction companies and head contractors, councils / local government, civils & earthmoving contractors. Working alongside ResourceCo’s management team, you will drive optimal sales volume / price outcomes, and seek to increase ResourceCo’s penetration of the use of recycled materials.
**About you**:
We are searching for a highly experienced and talented person, with a strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial “flair”. Industry experience is somewhat flexible, albeit preference will be given to individuals that have worked within allied sectors such as Building Materials, Construction, Waste, Quarrying, Manufacturing or operational/resources environs. The role and environment will require a highly energetic, self-starting individual who is able to think at a strategic level with a passion for leadership and delivering innovative opportunities.
