About the role

Rowcon Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Corbould Park, Queensland. This pivotal role will provide crucial support to our customer service and administrative operations, ensuring exceptional client experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling incoming calls from customers and responding to queries about the company, products & services.
  • Providing high-quality customer service
  • Responding to email enquiries such as booking orders from customers as well as making outbound calls to customers.
  • Updating and maintaining records of customer interactions

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably within a sales or service-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
