Join our high-performing Utilities team as a **Comparison Expert**. Curate top deals, drive sales, and offer advice on bill comparisons in Australia. With comprehensive training, selling tools and techniques, we blend customer needs with sales success. This rewarding role demands dedication to mastering diverse insurance products, resilience, ability to thrive in repetitive work, and a relentless drive for success.
We are looking for people to join us for our final induction date for 2024 on the **11th of November**
**To be successful in the role**:
- Extensive product knowledge - Electricity and Gas
- Experience in either call centres, phone-based sales or selling insurance
- Proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Highly motivated to exceed KPIs
- Demonstrated resilience and drive, capable of handling multiple consecutive outbound sales calls
- Quick learning agility with complex computer systems
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Available to work from home and in our CBD office; Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm (AEST) on a rotating roster
