If you're passionate about IT and love solving problems, this is your chance to shine **Key Responsibilities**: - Jump into the action with our AV and meeting room tech, remote support, and on-site support teams - Deliver "Client First" service in line with our core principles - Handle helpdesk escalations and work with both internal technical teams and external vendors for resolution - Keep procedures up to date and implement process improvements - Test and roll out new software to keep us ahead of the game - Manage ticket workflow and Servicenow reporting **What you will bring** - We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology supporting hardware and users directly. - Proven experience in an enterprise IT department, with a strong passion for customer service and technology - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently - Hands-on experience with remote support tools and excellent telephone etiquette - Ability to thrive under pressure and flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed - Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Intune, Entra, and Exchange, along with Office Suite proficiency - Experience with remote site support and backup software **Find the better way** - What gets us excited about working here?
