**The Role**:
We have an opportunity for an Operations Service Coordinator on a 12 month contract, based at our Brendale Distribution Centre in Brisbane. You will be reporting to the Commercial Vendor and Supply Manager. Responsible for assisting with a strategic approach to all contract and Service Level Agreement process and procedure gaps and to identify and report on recommendations to improve the integrity of procurement in Group Supply Chain.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Ensure Journal transfers are completed each month
- Reconciliation of Operations Services Non-Stock orders to ensure goods receipt, invoice validation and processed for payment for end of week.
- Conduct monthly Non-Stock Purchase Order Audits across Group Supply Chain
- Manage and maintain a Scheduled Service Register for equipment used in the Distribution Centre network
- Maintain the Fleet Register within the Distribution Centre Network
- Ensure reporting on procurement data is accurate and timely
- Assist in the maintenance of up to date files of all contracts and Service Level Agreements
- Generate and maintain all Distribution Centre Operations cost reporting for end of week. Including end of month outstanding open orders
- Data entry necessary information into the appropriate systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and maintain Operations Services systems and processes to ensure efficient operation, system upgrades and scheduled maintenance with mínimal disruption to team activities

**About you**:

- Previous administration experience
- Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy with your input
- Previous Distribution Centre or FMCG experience
- SAP knowledge
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
