We arecurrently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join us！

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and/or industrial real estate.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, andcompany policies.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks, and oversee the work of contractors.
- Facilitate the leasing process, including marketing vacancies, screening potential tenants, andexecuting lease agreements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports related to property performance.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support senior management with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English. Mandarin Speaking is preferable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and property management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants,contractors, and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
