You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, increasing customer base and brand awareness to support business growth and delivering maximum profitability.

**About the role**
- Maintaining the website and social channel content, landing pages, product information, and availability options
- Manage customer journey through EDM/CRM campaigns
- Partnering with the marketing agency in monitoring search and social traffic, performance and budget
- Community management
- Analysing sales-related data to predict future sales, product and stock requirements
- Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of any website updates
- Engagement and support on the locations to deliver state-specific campaigns
- Development or writing of blogs/blog strategy

- Prior marketing experience
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strategic and creative approach with strong organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven experience in copy editing, writing & proof reading materials for use in print & digital media
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and experience across multiple channels, including Digital, social, web
