**ROLE OVERVIEW**
The Sales Manager at SuperCare is instrumental in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our clients. This role centres on implementing strategic sales initiatives, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to a seamless client journey within a process-oriented framework. **OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE**
The Sales Manager’s role at SuperCare aim to:
- Advocate for SuperCare with a deep understanding of our services and their alignment with client needs.
- Understand the unique requirements of our corporate clinics and tailor SuperCare’s solutions to address them.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, instilling SuperCare’s ethos and values.
- Strategically drive SuperCare’s objectives by setting clear sales targets, analysing relevant data, and providing accurate forecasts.
- Continuously refine leadership and team management skills, ensuring the sales team employs effective strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Cultivate new opportunities, generating leads and fostering enduring relationships with corporate clinics.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Strategic Partnership and Collaboration:
- Create and execute strategic sales plan that aligns with SuperCare’s Aspiration.
- Engage in partnerships that resonate with SuperCare’s vision and mission.
- Certify that sales strategies are in harmony with SuperCare’s brand and ethos.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Forge and cultivate relationships, broadening SuperCare’s corporate client base.
- Uphold SuperCare’s reputation by sustaining strong client ties and ensuring top-notch retention rates.
Lead Conversion:
- Promote a culture of effective client engagement, securing a robust lead conversion rate.
Onboarding Efficiency:
- Refine onboarding processes for new clients, showcasing SuperCare’s dedication to prompt service.
- Ensure new clients are integrated into the SuperCare community with a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
Sales Forecasting:
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast that will help bolstering SuperCare’s growth.
- Propel year-on-year revenue growth.
Market Penetration & Expansion:
- Strategically boost SuperCare's presence in the market, continuously seeking growth opportunities.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
- Establish a feedback mechanism, highlighting SuperCare’s client-driven approach.
- Champion innovation based on client feedback, underlining SuperCare’s pledge to service refinement.
Team Performance and Development:
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team.
- Steer and motivate the sales team to realise their potential and meet SuperCare’s benchmarks of excellence.
- Advocate for professional development by organising regular training and skill enhancement sessions in collaboration with SuperCare’s Training and Development.
**KEY CHALLENGES**
- Nurturing and deepening ties with corporate clinics while ensuring service efficiency.
- Expanding SuperCare’s market presence amidst regulatory challenges.
- Incorporating client feedback to continuously refine and adapt SuperCare’s services.
**KEY PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP**
Reports to : Executive Team
Working with : COO, GM, National Business Manager
Internal : Senior Management Team, Administrative Staff, Customer Representative Department
External : Australian government agencies, Corporate Clinics and Partners of SuperCare.
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of three years’ experience in managing sales, preferably in a healthcare or corporate clinic environment or related role.
- Demonstrated success across all phases of the sales process, from strategy formulation to deal closure.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational capabilities.
- Outstanding leadership qualities and a commitment to SuperCare’s values and ethos.
- Willingness to travel as required, potentially up to 20% of the time, to engage with corporate clinics and partners.
- With Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or relevant course.
**DESIRABLE SKILLS**
- Motivational speaking skills or experience
- With success rate at levels about sales quota
