**The role**
This role is available due to an internal promotion and reports to a State Manager. You will interact with a broad range of industrial, commercial and SME clients, together with internal sales and scheduling teams.

**The responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include:

- managing customer enquiries, conducting investigations and resolving issues.
- managing rebates, account reconciliations and preparing monthly statements.
- preparing ad hoc reports using the CRM.
- have previous customer service or sales administration experience.
- be experienced using a mid-tier ERP such as Pronto, Epicor or MS AX, ideally.
- have excellent communication skills.
- be proactive, enthusiastic and enjoy building relationships.

**The rewards**
A salary of $65-$75K plus superannuation is offered, along with secure, onsite parking. Whilst the role is office based, flexible start and finish times are negotiable.
