This role is available due to an internal promotion and reports to a passionate State Manager. You will interact with a broad range of industrial, commercial and SME clients, not to mention the internal relationships you will build.**The responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include:
- managing customer enquiries, conducting investigations and resolving issues.
- preparing ad hoc reports using the CRM.
- managing rebates, account reconciliations and preparing monthly statements.- have previous customer service or sales administration experience
- ideally have experience using a mid-tier ERP such as Pronto, Epicor or MS AX.
- have excellent communication skills.
- be proactive, enthusiastic and enjoy building relationships.

**The rewards**
A salary of $65-$75K plus superannuation is offered, along with secure, onsite parking.
