**About the role**:
Working as a senior leader in the Improvement Branch, the role has responsibility for development, management and oversight of results-oriented improvement initiatives focused on improving health outcomes by reducing preventable harm, admissions and unnecessary interventions for Victorians to achieve Safer Care Victoria's objectives.

The role will lead a team of improvement specialists, partnering with consumers and clinical/practice expertise to deliver these prioritised improvement initiatives, using evidence-based improvement and change methodologies. In managing the team and leading cross-functional work, the role is responsible for collaborating with the Improvement Branch leadership team to deliver a consistent and high-quality operating model to enable high-performing and thriving teams.
