Our client seeks to hire for this new position the Managed Services Manager.

Managed Services is set to become a key growth area as part of our client's ICT Services business.

Reporting to the CEO you will enable teams through best practice to deliver the success of the Managed Service business - with great support to do so.

In this leadership role you will drive Operational excellence, your inquisitive approach will see continuous improvement that actively delivers on strategy, supports/enriches the team and enables the Managed Service to be scalable.

Right now, our clients' customers LOVE them. They want to continue to deliver positive customer experiences that they want to tell you and others about. The company wants their customers to be reminded that they are with the right solution.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring excellence, growth, innovation and margins within Managed Service.
- Customer Satisfaction - aim for excellence. Deliver a high quality service that is proactive so customers are delighted with the service.
- Build and maintain high performing culture that breeds accountability, motivation, enjoyment and results. Our client wants people to go home better than when they got there in the morning.

**About You**:

- Experience successfully leading and growing a Managed Services team
- Commercial results, high customer satisfaction, team retention and excellent engagement.
- Real understanding of Managed Services and how to develop, articulate and execute strategy.
- Commercial acumen - accurate reporting - meet targets.
- Ability to create professional material to customers and the team.
- Commitment to operational excellence.
