Manager - It

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Network Management:

- Maintain and troubleshoot corporate network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, wireless), ensuring performance, security, and uptime.
- Proactively monitor network health and address outages or performance issues.
- Device Management:

- Provide hands-on support for Windows and Mac desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Ensure all devices are up to date with security patches, software updates, and antivirus solutions.
- Assist with device setup and troubleshooting for internal users.
- Azure and Hosted Services Management:

- Administer Azure Active Directory, managing users, groups, and resources.
- Oversee Azure service billing, resource allocation, and optimize usage.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of hosted environments.
- Active Directory Management:

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory.
- Ensure synchronization and secure access control across IT systems.
- User Onboarding & Offboarding:

- Handle secure offboarding, ensuring deactivation of accounts and recovery of company assets.
- Cybersecurity:

- Assist in identifying and addressing cybersecurity risks, implementing security protocols, and maintaining compliance with industry best practices.
- Monitor system health and ensure protection against security threats, including patch management, antivirus updates, and firewall configurations.
- Software Development Support
- Source Code Management
- Product Development Tool Chains
- Experience of testing & Manufacturing systems
- Ticketing System Management:

- Manage and prioritize support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Provide clear communication with internal users regarding the status and resolution of their requests.
- General IT Support:

- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for internal users.
- Manage software licensing, warranties, and asset inventories.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software procurement, and service agreements.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree required.
- 5 years required, 7 years preferred of data processing, system analysis design, and operations experience.
- 3 years preferred of supervising work of subordinate employees experience.
- Programming and systems analysis.
- Solid analytical skills - able to solve problems & interpret instructions in any form
- Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership ability as a creative, competent team builder.
