**Job type: Initial 6-12 Month Contract.**

We’re seeking a **Digital Delivery Lead / Agile Project Manager** to join our client’s organisation and drive the successful delivery of multiple digital projects. This role will focus on leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering outcomes on time and within scope.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects across agile and hybrid environments.
- Engage stakeholders across business, product, UX/UI, and engineering teams.
- Manage cross-functional teams across design, development, QA, business, and vendors.
- Define project scope, manage risks, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with client stakeholders.
- Drive delivery excellence and ensure alignment to digital strategy.
- Organise and lead agile ceremonies and planning sessions.
- Ensure backlog items are well defined, prioritised, and delivered efficiently.
- Provide clear communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Report on progress, manage dependencies, and continuously improve delivery frameworks.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant standards.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager (ideally 5+ years agile delivery and IT project management).
- Experienced in overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects.
- Background in banking, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across both business and technical teams.
- Strong communicator with proven abilities in problem-solving and managing project risks.
- Experience with digital platforms - web, mobile, CX, or API-driven projects.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience in digital banking, onboarding flows, or compliance-related tech.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar tools.
