**The Position**
This position will be the point of contact to Sales, Business Units, Distributors, key end customers and System Integrators, in providing value added customer solutions through strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance and other cross functional support teams within RA.
**What Will Success Look Like**
Understanding customer requirements and the best opportunities for productivity in their industry and drive strategic value addition to the supply chain processes and other practices through understanding of RA initiatives. Partner with customers and business partners, bring in Commercial inputs into the supply chain organization and work with Center of Excellence to integrate it in the processes and drive process improvements.
This position will play crucial role in driving productivity and supporting revenue generation by sensing demand and ensuring product availability through active engagement with Sales and Supply Chain.
**How You will Achieve Your Goals**
- Develop Market Intelligence and customer Insight to proactively develop relevant solutions for specific customer requirements.
- Periodic Reviews with Distributors to ensure the Rockwell processes and policies and being adhered and they are still relevant to achieve the common Global RA goals.
- Demand Sensing and Market Intelligence inputs to facilitate efficient Demand Planning and product availability to improve both Blended and Want Date Compliance
- To represent customer perspective in ensuring customer requirements are met timely acting within Rockwell policies.
- Maintain blended compliance at 96%
- Follow Rockwell principles of ethics and compliance under all circumstances.
- Communicate complex process efficiency matters to global teams and regional stakeholders
- Persistence in developing new process, influence regional stakeholders on process adherence, error and issue resolution
- Facilitating the Key Global customer management for the region through collaboration with various Country Customer care logistics organizations across region.

**Education / Experience Requirements**
**Mandatory**
- Experience in or understanding of demand planning or supply chain is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis
- Strong customer management & customer facing experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel, Business Data Management, spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
- May require travel
- SAP work experience is mandatory.
**Desirable**
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- End customer & Distributor management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross functional teams
- Knowledge of RA business and distribution model
