We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our dedicated and supportive team. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively. You will be responsible for co-ordinating customer interactions, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, project managers, technical support, product specialists, and operations, to ensure smooth customer interactions and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer issue records, including detailed descriptions, findings, actions taken, and associated reports using the Siemens customer issue management software/tools
- Produce monthly reports for customers as required in their Siemens Service Agreements
- Process returns, exchanges, repairs, or other customer-related transactions accurately and efficiently

**To be successful in securing this role, you will need**:

- Customer service experience in a B2B environment
- A strong passion for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Proficiency in using customer support software, and other relevant tools would be an advantage
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
