**Your new company**
Our client is a global manufacturer of more than 300 dependable and innovative tools, trusted by the skilled trades in more than 100 countries. Their products are purpose built for trade professionals in the evolving commercial, industrial and energy markets who install and maintain the world’s infrastructure. Their extensive tool line includes plumbing tools, hand tools, inspection cameras and locators, test and measurement tools, vacuums, saws and bench tools, sump pumps, and more.

**Your new role**
As the Area Sales Representative, North / West, you will:

- Manage your territory, calling on customers, and working closely with our distribution network
- Demonstrate the company products to customers, and at trade events and exhibitions
- Utilise Pull Push strategy to promote products and develop new business
- Complete sales reporting, particularly on product issues and business changes
- Provide regular updates on competitor actions and industry trends in the region
- Grow sales and develop new business opportunities
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 5 years external Sales Experience (preferably in the industrial or plumbing market)
- Preferably completed year 12 education and has completed sales training.
- Willingness to travel (10-20%+) in country Victoria
- Forward and creative problem solver with excellent collaboration and cross-cultural skills
- Self-motivated and understands accountability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools required.
- Analytical and/or technical competence is a benefit.
- Good written and oral English language skills
- Current drivers licence and living in Victoria
