Primary Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

Build relationships with the partners/managers within the segment to understand their current and future recruitment requirements, assisting with the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies and talent plans to address those requirements.  

Work with the business to define each role and the recruitment process (including the interview and testing).

Regular communication updates to the HRBP and the business on candidates in the pipeline through to the agreed offer progress for each role.

Day to day activities:

Ensure all tasks in the recruitment process run seamlessly, including:

Create and maintain job postings on internal and external sites 

Screen CVs where applicable 

Schedule interviews 

Maintain our recruitment and applicant tracking system, Taleo (Workday in 2026) at all times

Monitor the recruitment inbox, responding to direct applications 

Build and manage a database of direct candidates

Suggest ways to creatively source using a multitude of resources to generate candidates including direct sourcing.

Maintain agency terms of business for the segment.

Consistently and accurately track metrics and provide reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.

Drive the initiative for and act as an advocate for FTI's employer brand; through the development of unique, coherent and consistent communications to the market and candidates by focusing on the FTI value proposition, the culture and the working environment.

Basic Qualifications: 

Degree educated 

Proven experience of managing a recruitment function from end to end in a professional environment

Preferred Knowledge:  

Knowledge of laws and regulations as applicable to the employment, recruitment and placement of new hires

Experience in recruiting across a variety of levels

Experience with Workday or other recruitment and applicant tracking systems

Experience of using social media within a business context and other forms of direct sourcing

Proven experience in negotiating with headhunters and recruitment agencies to minimize costs whilst ensuring maximum loyalty and service

Technical proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems

Able to work with and effectively manage key stakeholders by using an adaptable and flexible approach

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders

Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines 

Skilled in organizing tasks and establishing priorities 

Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports 

Thorough attention to detail
