**About the company**:
Our client has over 20 years’ experience in the Australian building industry. After a decade running a successful carpentry business, our clients company was founded and progressed steadily from renovations, to new homes, luxury homes, duplexes, townhouse developments and high-end apartments.

**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to look after the finishing stage of a large 8 storey, 4 storey townhouses in
**Miami, Gold Coast.** Purpose of the role is to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with specification and plans, and to ensure projects are kept on schedule, on budget and workmanship is high quality.

**Duties**:

- Make sure everyone knows their tasks and their
- Action any issues or changes identified.
- Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of all work health and safety legislations are enforced.
- Follow up with any defects on subcontractors work or damaged materials.
- Take photos of the site as needed or to track significant progress and update them on the system as required.

**Qualifications and Knowledge**:

- Builders License/Site Supervisor License.
- Safety Card.
- Relevant building codes & standards.
- Work safely onsite.
- Understanding of the system Buildertrend.

**Skills and Competencies**
- **Communication**: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- **Attention to detail**:Excellent attention to detail in workmanship.
- **Teamwork**:Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with the team members.

**Hourly Rate/Monthly Salary Package will vary on experience.**
