**Your Role**:
Marketing
- Manage and maintain a consistent brand image within Miami State High School
- Engage with key community stakeholders (local and state government members amongst others) to enhance Miami State High School's public image and to attract potential opportunities for students
- Prepare and distribute media releases to showcase Miami State High School
- Manage and develop effective yearly radio and billboard marketing campaigns for Year 7 Enrolment Information Evening
- Plan for, market and implement whole school events that provide exceptional and unique experiences to assist in our vision: first-class location, world class education
- Form positive partnerships with community stakeholders to ensure Miami State High School's profile as a quality public school is enhanced
- Immerse self into school events and activities and form positive relationships with school employees to source positive stories to share within the community via numerous platforms
- Source and liaise with corporate merchandise partners to manage print and marketing merchandise for future enrolments and community events to provide Miami State High School with a point of difference
- Implement new ways to market and showcase Miami State High School
- Generate and track marketing budget

Sponsorship
- Show initiative to approach potential sponsors to assist in our vision: first-class location, world class education
- Create, manage and service all sponsorship agreements as per sponsorship level
- Conduct, negotiate and deliver all sponsorship meetings with perspective sponsors
- Promote the Sponsorship Program through the school's Facebook page, newsletter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant avenues
- Coordinate all sponsorship events (at least 2 per year)
- Update the school's website to ensure that it is aligned with our sponsorship agreements
- Track the expenditure of the sponsorship budget

Communications
- Effectively liaise with internal staff to deliver and manage all major school events including Student Leader Investiture, Year 10 Semi Formal, Year 12 Graduation, Night of Excellence and Mid-Year awards
- Manage and deliver the annual school yearbook
- Develop content through the use of social media to bring student life and learning at Miami State High School to the global community
- nage all public relations and media promotions with local news and radio stations
- Continually research social media trends to ensure the school community is up to date with social media platforms as a marketing and public relations tool
- Compile, manage and deliver the monthly newsletter to the school community to increase community engagement

When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
