We have a great opportunity to join the National Sales & Partnerships team as the Key Account Manager Support (KAS), supporting the National Account Manager (NAM), in the management of the major customer accounts within their portfolio.
As the Key Account Support Manager (KAS) you will support our national customers in activities across sales and operations planning, optimising sales and profit, engaging key stakeholders, fulfilling customer needs’ and delivering exceptional customer service.
The KAS works closely with our Operations team and Merch & Marketing team to implement key customer plans with new suppliers and line set up, forecasting for promotions, seasonal allocations and NPD.

What you’ll do
Support the execution of our customer service proposition by playing a lead role in general sales operations activities and the day-to-day management of service issues e.g. customer in-stock management, allocations, delivery schedules, pricing maintenance and claims, data maintenance, customer account set-up and profiling, supplier queries and claims management
Assist the NAM to build sales and demand forecast, preparation of customer proposals, preparation of new tenders, and the delivery of trade shows and conferences
Deliver reporting and insights to support compliance to trading terms
Develop trusting relationships with the Customer through planning and key information for regular customer meetings
Plan the successful execution of sales activities through mobilising internal stakeholders across operations, Customer service and Field Sales to deliver on their commitments
Build a network in the convenience industry to understand macro environment and stay abreast of trends, disruptions, competitor activity and evolving customer needs
