This is a full time, permanent position based in either our Blackburn North or Ballarat office with hybrid working arrangements available.
About the role
Reporting to the Product Manager, the responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

- Resolve issues with inter-system interfaces and data flows to ensure operational performance levels are maintained
- Develop and document detailed procedures to assist level-1 staff in issue logging and first call resolution as well as level-2 support
- Coordinate escalation of level 3 support issues to internal or external support providers including working with vendors to achieve satisfactory problem resolution
- Ensure accurate documentation of diagnostic and support procedures according to set standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors by regular communications along with involvement in product forums and customer user groups

About you

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and well-developed interpersonal and influencing capability, as well as being able to plan, prioritise and manage your time effectively
- The ability to be available outside of ordinary working hours to provide advice, support, or authoritative direction on a rotational basis (future requirement of role)

Successful applicants will need to have received the 3 mandated COVID-19 vaccinations and be willing to complete pre-employment screening including a Police Check.
This position is graded at AV3 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
