**Description**:
We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to join our team. As a Production Support Analyst at NextGen, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 help desk support in a dynamic environment by resolving and escalating customer issues while maintaining documentation and improving the KnowledgeBase. Collaborate with a skilled team, leverage problem-solving skills, and contribute to a culture of innovation and exceptional service. You'll be someone who embodies our values Balance, Collaboration, Discovery, Respect and Integrity.

**A day in the life might be something like this**:

- Handling customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them with expertise
- Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Going the extra mile to deliver remarkable customer experiences

But note, this list isn’t exhaustive and we want you to bring your skills to the role and work with our Production Support Manager to make the role yours.
