Caboolture, Australia Esteem Care Services Full time

Esteem Care Services are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team. Working 10-25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Work in Service Delivery on the day to day requirements
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling and organising appointments and meetings
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Assist other departments as requested

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Familiarity with NDIS and Service Delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
