Our clinics in Caboolture and North Lakes are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team.
The role is a full-time position working Monday
- Friday, between 8am-5pm, between our Caboolture Hospital, Specialist Centre, Medical Hub, and North Lakes clinics. Optional weekend work is available once training is completed.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring, and friendly services to patients, referrers, and other customers.
**Role Overview**:

- As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
- Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our 8 AM to 5 PM business hours.

- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
