If you are looking for meaningful work in a growing business and want to be part of a values-driven team, this is your opportunity
At The Place for Belonging, our name embodies our ethos: people with disabilities deserve a true place where they can belong. Too often in this industry, services are transactional. For us though, it's about authenticity, purpose, and walking alongside participants on their journey.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to play a pivotal role in keeping our supports running smoothly, efficiently, and with heart. This is a hands-on operational role where your organisational skills, technology know-how, and problem-solving ability will underpin quality service delivery. Working closely with Directors, HR, the Team Leader and frontline staff, you'll help ensure participants receive the consistent, high-quality supports they need to achieve their goals and live authentic, meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our services. You will support the Team Leader and staff to keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and with heart.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with NDIS requirements, including accurate record keeping and reporting.
- Assist the Team Leader in liaising with participants, families, allied health providers, and staff to coordinate service arrangements and scheduling needs.
- Capture and document meeting outcomes, translate them into clear action plans, and coordinate across teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and contribute to service quality improvements and continuous growth through data-driven decision-making.
- Resolve day-to-day service delivery issues quickly and effectively.
- Identify gaps in systems or processes and take initiative to create solutions.
- Assist with implementing systems and technology to enhance efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a "can-do" attitude and the initiative to see the gaps and address them before they become problems. To succeed, you'll bring:
Australian work rights are required for this position.
- Experience in service delivery coordination or operations (NDIS, healthcare, or community services experience highly regarded).
- 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience is required.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
- High level of technology confidence (CRMs, compliance systems, Microsoft 365).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across teams.
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience to manage shifting priorities.
- The emotional intelligence and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A current Driver's License.
Why Join Us?
At The Place for Belonging, we are more than a service provider; we are a community. You'll be joining a growing organisation where:
- Your skills will directly improve participant outcomes.
- You'll be supported by a collaborative leadership team.
- There is genuine opportunity for career progression into broader service delivery and operational leadership as the organisation expands.
Believe it's Possible. Believe in our participants' hopes and dreams — and help us make them a reality.
