**ONCALL Group Australia**are currently seeking a suitably experienced **People and Culture Advisor**for an immediate start, to provide technical Human Resources advice in a diverse and flexible professional landscape.
As the **People and Culture** Advisor,** you will be providing generalist advice to the management team and employees of **ONCALL Group Australia**, in-line with the operational objectives, organizational policies and legislative requirements of the business. Additionally, you will also be required to assist with the onboarding of new employees and maintain accurate records and information on the HRIS.
**Key requirements of the position include**:
- Evidenced experience in an HR role at a comparable level.
- Understanding of, and ability to interpret legislation and other industrial instruments relevant to the Disability and Community Services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into strategic HR initiatives.
- Proven ability to effectively operate in a highly regulated and compliance-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks.
- Managing investigations and employee complaints ensuring thorough investigations that meet legislative requirements and observe the principles of procedural fairness.
- Evidenced experience in the management and maintenance of HRIS systems and relevant employment information.
