**Key Responsibilities and Duties Include**:

- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, objectives, and action plans.
- Ensure management of all HR tasks and day-to-day operations independently and efficiently.
- Identifying areas of development and implementing existing human resources programs, policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for all people-related issues including providing support and advice.
- Participate and contribute as a change champion within the business in line with the business, growth and change strategies.
- Provide assistance in training of Managers for best practice recruitment.
- Provide appropriate Industrial Relations advice and support to management.
- Recruitment support to across various department requirements.
- Occasional visits to company locations and regular reporting to Senior Management.

**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required**:

- Minimum 3 years hands on experience as an HR Generalist with qualifications in a relevant field.
- Experience within the civil, construction or mining industry is desirable.
- A good understanding of employment related laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent PC skills and previous experience using recruitment platforms.
- Passionate about everything people and culture.
