**Sales & Marketing Specialist - Onsite, Melbourne**

We’re seeking a proactive **Sales & Marketing Specialist** to join our Melbourne team. This is a **full-time, onsite role** based in our Moorabbin office, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **cold, warm, and hot calls** to prospective and existing clients
- **Set appointments** and manage client meeting schedules
- **Follow up** to nurture leads and close opportunities
- Attend **tradeshows and events** to represent our brand and generate leads
- Use **CRM software** and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report progress

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Confident communicator with strong phone skills
- Highly organised with great follow-through
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
- Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
