Project Lead, Change and Transformation

Role purpose
The Department of Health is embarking on a significant change readiness program that will support the Health Infrastructure Division to grow rapidly and sustainably, strengthening the foundations and building the capability necessary to plan and deliver a ~$20b project pipeline of world-class infrastructure for Victoria.
Reporting to the Executive Program Director, the Project Lead will lead the effective delivery of a discrete project portfolio, working across broad work streams including talent acquisition and growth planning, operating model, culture and future state readiness to plan and execute key deliverables.
Working in tandem with a Change Lead and a Senior Program Coordinator, the Project Lead will partner with key internal stakeholders to collaboratively progress significant project outcomes.
Specialist expertise
- Substantial demonstrated experience and success in leading and/or implementing large scale, transformational change projects within a complex environment, delivering on organisational objectives and building employee engagement through the process, ideally in the field of operating model redesign or culture and leadership development
- Highly experienced in the development and implementation of organisational change and communication strategies and plans
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and driving outcomes across all levels of the organisation
- Experienced in providing advice, coaching and support to leaders in leading change
