Based in our Business & Agribusiness Banking Transformation team, you will lead a small team of Business Analysts and System SMEs who support the design and implementation of our Business and Agribusiness systems and platforms. Your team will ensure the designs are fit for purpose for the bank, whilst continually providing enhancements to the systems and platforms.

**In this role you’ll get to**
- Lead a team of system SMEs and technical BAs whose responsibility is to ensure all Business Banking and Agribusiness banking systems are kept up to date, in line with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- These systems range from new cloud-based systems (Salesforce), low-code BPM tooling (Appian) to excel-based processes - all critical to the operations of the Business & Agri Banking divisions.
- Work alongside transformation leads and BAs to facilitate team accountability, ensuring consistent documentation, facilitating team sessions, and reporting on progress.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have knowledge of core systems and platforms used across Business and Agribusiness Banking (Salesforce, Appian, nCino).
- Sound understanding of Business and Agribusiness Banking processes and policies.
- You’ll have a design and delivery mindset and are able to keep the team on track with solutions built to divisional goals and strategy.
- You’ll have Agile knowledge along with previous experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
- You’ll be able to coach and mentor a team to help them understand what needs to be delivered and held accountable whilst building a collaborative environment.
- You’ll have the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
