With multiple manufacturing sites, distribution centres, and a sales presence across Australia and internationally, their Head Office and main manufacturing facility are based in Windsor Gardens, north-east of the Adelaide CBD.

**Your new role**

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s IT operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including WAN and LAN management, security operations, IP-based telephony systems, unified communications, and new IT projects. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve IT goals and enhance user experiences.

- Firewall Expertise: Proficiency in managing firewalls, particularly Sophos XG.
- Windows Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server.
- VMware Exposure: Extensive experience in VMware environments.
- Best Practices: Ability to develop and implement IT best practices and standards.
- Microsoft Azure: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
- Project Leadership: Capability to lead IT projects.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, incident, problem, and change management experience.
