- Pro-actively monitoring Credit Risk requirements within an agreed Risk Appetite and managing Non Compliance in a timely manner
- Ensuring Continuing Education points are achieved and maintained
- Assess all required customer information and supporting documentation to confirm accuracy of customer position and identity
- Execute your Delegated Credit Authority as required
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work instructions
- Liaise with colleagues including Business and Private Bankers
- Make contributions to the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as appropriate
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in regards to assessing the strength of a business and the risks associated with opportunities
- Ability to understand key credit related documentation including, but not limited to, financial statements, income documents, bank statements and identification requirements
- Resilience, Communication and Prioritisation skills
- Experience with NAB systems
