As a Lead, Customer Operations Assessment you will drive the delivery of Lending Assessment activities within Personal Banking. You will perform a range of activities from leadership, coaching, process improvement and credit assessment activities to drive excellent customer outcomes. To succeed in this role you will be prepared to take full ownership of all of your customers and spend at least 80% of your time with assessors coaching and supporting them.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead a talented team of Assessors and manage team performance through regular coaching and training.
- Manage day-to-day capacity management and forecast incoming volume of work.
- Manage escalation of complex customer issues in line with risk and compliance obligations.
- Execute regulatory and compliance controls to ensure both the Bank & Customer are safe.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the development and implementation of solutions.
