Sales and Administration Officer - Express Pallets
Full-Time Permanent - Narangba
We are seeking expressions of interest for a Sales and Administration Officer. This role is key to supporting smooth daily operations through strong organisational skills, clear and professional communication, and a proactive approach to administration. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the position requires a welcoming and professional presence, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
KEY OUTCOMES
All our people go home in the same condition they came to work, safety before production.
Greet visitors, manage calls, and provide a professional first point of contact.
Handle day-to-day administration, filing, and office organisation.
Process and update customer orders in the ERP system, including invoicing.
Maintain delivery schedules and production records in collaboration with teams.
Assist with reporting and documentation to support management and team decisions.
ABOUT YOU
A confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Microsoft office software.
Able to manage priorities, work independently, and support the team.
Previous administrative or receptionist experience is an advantage, but not essential.
