**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Application issue troubleshooting, support, administration, and resolution
- Support of new releases, features, and functionality
- Vendor management, renewals, and management of 3rd party apps/add-ons
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions and maintain system documentation

**Desired Skills and Attributes**
- Strong VBA and Excel skills
- Knowledge of Xero, Fuse, Account Kit, M365, and Visual Basic for Applications
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Robust communication skills, both internally and with external vendors
- Understanding of ITIL processes, specifically requests, incidents, continual improvement, and change
- Familiarity with accounting, finance or financial/accounting systems
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Exposure to integration middleware tools like Mulesoft or Workato will be advantageous
