**Job Description**:
**Location**:Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush

New opportunity for a proactive and motivated **Application Support Analyst **to join our Workforce Management team, where you will serve as the technical contact person and expert in relation to the UKG Workforce Dimensions platform and associated integrations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage configuration and changes across our production, test & training, and development tenants
- Perform routine administration, maintenance, and service request tasks
- Monitor interfaces and integration with HRIS and payroll systems
- Support, incident management, problem identification, prioritisation, and issue management
- Troubleshoot and facilitate resolution of end-user issues, incidents, and problems
- Analyse and test release upgrades for new functionality and changes
- Complete UKG essential training to be certified to administer and manage the Dimensions solution

- Experience in a database solution management or related role including support and maintenance
- Well-rounded skill set including testing, documentation, project management, and first-rate planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong initiative and high-level attention to detail and accuracy
