Application Production Analyst - Sydney CBD - $140-$160 package

**Your new company**

This financial services organisation is currently looking for an Application Analyst to come and join the fun and exciting team on an FTC (fixed term contract) for 12 months. This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing and technical (level 2-3). The team has great culture and are in Sydney CBD. Also offer WFH options.

**Your new role**

As a Senior Application Analyst, you will be responsible for the level 2-3 IT incidents and requests. You will have strong experience with problem management, service continuity, obsolescence management, vulnerability management, performance, and capacity management. You will have a strong understanding of ITIL V3 or V4, and have a strong background working with SQL, VBA, Excel Microsoft products (SCOM & Biztalk). You will be an excellent communicator, strong at multitasking, strong attention to detail and be able to work closely in a supportive team.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- At least 5 years in a level 2-3 IT role
- Strong ITIL V3 or V4 knowledge and understanding
- Strong experience with problems, obsolescence, vulnerability management
- Strong experience 2nd/3rd level support for general IT incidents & requests
- Strong SQL, VBA, or Excel experience
- Strong SCOM or Biztalk experience
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing and be able to think outside the box
