**About the Company**

Our client, a national material handling and access service provider, is looking for a Road Service Supervisor to join their team in Welshpool.

**About the Role**:
As the Road Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our heavy road technicians. This position requires a motivated and experienced individual who can provide technical support, identify tooling/training needs, and maintain strong customer relationships.

**What They’re Looking For**:

- Hold a trade certificate in a mechanical discipline (or demonstrate competency with relevant qualifications).
- Possess a "C" class driver's license.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service focus.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Oversee major projects and builds, coordinating resources, sub-contractors, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities for training and standardization of work practices.
- Enhance customer interaction, establishing robust working relationships with key operational staff.
- Ensure timely completion of all work within planned expectations.
- Provide team leads with adequate resources for successful project completion.
- Collaborate on estimate details in conjunction with the heavy road team.
- Conduct and facilitate major inspections as required.
- Liaise with the factory to address technical issues.
- Manage and cultivate key customer relationships.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
