The Executive Support Coordinator is a new position providing high-level executive secretarial, administrative and operational support to the Executive Leader Service Integrated Communities, other members of the Executive Team as required and the Service Integrated Communities senior management team.
Using your broad range of skills and experience you will display a high level of professionalism, judgment and confidentiality, you will enjoy a challenge and be able to balance conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.

**To be successful you will need**:

- A Diploma in Business Administration or similar tertiary qualification or related field
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality executive administrative and operational support, including executive diary management to proactively support the Executive Leader
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills with the ability to be handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with staff, the Executive and Board
- High level of organisational, planning and time management skills with the ability to be flexible to meet competing demands and deadlines
- Ability to undertake research and prepare responses, submissions and reports for the Executive Leader
- High level of initiative, actively seeking opportunities and solutions and self-motivation with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
