**About the role**:
You will work collaboratively with the Executive Team and broader Warrigal Business Team including staff, residents and stakeholders with responsibility for the ongoing development and execution of agreed sustainability strategies and action plans to achieve Warrigal’s targets & commitment to environmental responsibility and reduction in energy usage, costs and emissions.
**To be successful you will need**:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Bachelor of Environmental Sciences) or demonstrted industry experience with at least 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of the principles underpinning the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
- Demonstrated experience in:
- setting and achieving energy and cost reduction targets for utilities, and implementing sustainability in a business context
- the development and implementation of strategic plans
- internal and external stakeholder engagement experience building collaborative partnerships and alliances
- data analysis, problem solving, evaluation and business report writing skills
- Experience in project management, i.e. developing and implementing project plans on time and within budget using appropriate methodology
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within established standards, guidelines and procedures
- Possess a high level of self-awareness, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills including the ability to facilitate groups
- Current NSW drivers’ licence
