**What You Will Be Doing**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Support and collaborate with other internal stakeholders (National and BU) supporting the contract to ensure service delivery
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively develop strong relationships by listening to and understanding the referrer needs, anticipating and delivering solutions
- Maintain clear and concise communication with internal and external contacts
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods
- Employ active listening skills while looking at body language for additional cues
- Employ clear and concise verbal skills at all times
- Ensure that written communication is clear and professional
- Ask questions to develop others understanding of the situation and build problem solving skills
- Provides clear and constructive feedback and guidance
- Promotes and encourages a professional and harmonious work environment
- Ensure non-compliance matters are addressed in a timely manner and to customers satisfaction
- Contribute to business procedures and documents required including but not limited to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documents
- Attend monthly review meeting

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**
- Proven experience analysing large data sets and identifying process improvements
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Ability to adapt to varying systems:
- Microsoft Office - excel, outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Web based systems Radiology Information System (RIS), Visage, Medicals
- Data Driven Analytics Power BI
