**Description**:
**About the Role**:

- Process company invoices, cost reports, purchase orders, variations, and other required documentation in a timely manner consistent with company procedures and contract requirements.
- Manage the mobilisation of new staff via ERMS.
- Basic payroll data entry and timesheet collation and attend to staffing roster.
- Ensure flights and accommodation bookings are completed for all staff within project team.
- Management of rosters.
- Maintain site personnel files ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
- Maintain site training matrix.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- At least 5 years administrative experience
- At least 2 years Site Administrator experience
- Experience in staff mobilisation including flights, accommodation and roster management
- Experience in raising purchase orders, invoices and liaising with subcontractors
- Payroll and timesheet experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess risk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
- Able to obtain a National Police Check
- Background in Facilities Management (highly desirable)
- Experience in BHP ERMS (highly desirable)
