**Data-savvy, Customer Marketing Manager**

**6 month contract**

**Sydney - 3 days onsite**

Working with one of Australia’s well-known telcos, this role is pivotal to the success of their strategic base transformation program.

This is an opportunity to lead campaign design, execution, and communication across all channels. You’ll leverage your expertise in complex data to implement a holistic customer marketing strategy to unlock customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and execute the end-to-end marketing campaigns for customer base transformation
- Lead and implement customer programs and initiatives across channels
- Operating within a high-profile team, you will be the lead into many of our channels including retail, customer support, online, and business partner channels.
- Lead the communication of in-market offers, upcoming propositions, and customer communications across multiple channels: retail, customer support, online, and business partner.
- Manage projects effectively, adhering to deadlines, budgets and continually strive for improvements in campaign effectiveness.

Essential experience:

- Proven experience in campaign management and marketing strategy development.
- Experience in a matrix organisation with the ability to adapt and flex with the natural rhythm of business planning cycles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating internal and vendor relationships.
- Ability to manage complex data sets to build marketing and mandatory communications
- Experience leading cross-channel communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and awareness.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer migration challenges
- Ability to work to tight timeframes and within budget.
